Skylight City is ideal to accommodate company headquarters, highly flexible offices and retail functions as well. The office building has its own entrance on Róbert Károly boulevard, while the retail area is accessible from the corner of Róbert Károly boulevard and Üteg street. The complex is framed with an extensive glass facade and a spacious indoor atrium lit by the skylight.

The interior design is concentrated around the grand yet cosy atmospheric oval communal space. According to current plans the ground floor accommodates retail units and the basement mezzanine floor provides catering facilities for the workers and visitors of the building. The offices can be fitted out flexibly according to individual needs. The offices of the first four levels have high internal height, while the panoramic windows of the offices on the sixth and seventh floors offer an outstanding view on Pest-side monuments and the Buda hills as well.

The fifth floor accommodates a fitness centre available for the employees with its spectacular green terrace, outdoor recreational facilities and a running track.
